If your divorce is undefended or uncontested (where the other party does not object to the divorce) we guarantee that this is all you will pay. In the vast majority of cases, divorces proceed on an "uncontested" basis, such as cases based on 2 years separation by consent, 5 years separation or where adultery is admitted.
Our fixed cost Online Divorce service can also be used for the dissolution of civil partnerships. You simply follow exactly the same process as those seeking a divorce.
You simply make a one off payment of £577 using WorldPay, our secure online payment facility (to find out more about WorldPay). WorldPay accepts all major credit and debit cards and it’s easy to set up an account. Remember that the figure above covers our services as well as the current court fees of £385 (correct as at 1st November 2010).
Once you have made your payment you will be emailed a unique access code which you should use to enter our online questionnaire wizard. It's not a problem if you want to complete the wizard at a later date, simply use your access code at a time that suits you. When you have completed our 8 step online questionnaire wizard, you click on the button and return it to us. Then, one of our Divorce and Family Law solicitors will manage and oversee the rest of the process for you.
One of our Divorce and Family Law solicitors will assess the information you have provided and will confirm that your divorce can be handled on a guaranteed fixed cost basis - in the vast majority of cases, it can.
When you decide to proceed, we will ask you to provide us with your original marriage certificate (or a certified copy) and proof of identification. Please note that we cannot proceed without a marriage certificate. March Solicitors can obtain a copy on your behalf but this will incur an additional fee.
Your divorce petition will be prepared by one of our solicitors and sent to you for your approval by either email or post. Upon you confirming that all details are accurate, we will then file the petition with the court on your behalf.
Throughout the divorce process your solicitor will send you emails (or letters) updating you with the latest developments. You can also email your solicitor with any divorce questions that you may have, or, if you prefer more direct contact, your solicitor will be happy to answer any divorce related questions by telephone.
Remember, this is an online service and your case will be personally overseen by a highly experienced specialist Divorce and Family Law solicitor - not an unqualified legal ‘advisor’. If your divorce or dissolution is slightly more complicated or if you would prefer to meet with one of our solicitors personally, we offer a face-to-face supported fixed cost option - Personal Divorce with Solicitor - which we charge at £500 + VAT + Court fees.
Our online service ensures that you receive specialist legal attention right from the start; it also means that all work is covered by our professional indemnity insurance up to a value of £3 million. Additionally, all our Solicitors are Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales - further peace of mind at a difficult time.

We look forward to being of service to you.
