If your divorce or dissolution is uncontested but slightly more complicated, such as where your partner’s behaviour is involved or you simply would prefer to meet and discuss the best way to divorce with one of our solicitors, March Solicitors also offers a face-to-face supported fixed cost option, our “Personal Divorce” with a solicitor. We appreciate that for most people, seeking a divorce can be an emotional experience. When everything else in your life may appear uncertain, at March Solicitors, our aim is to provide you with peace of mind, reassurance, support and some certainty with the cost of your divorce.

Personal Divorce with a solicitor - £500 + VAT & Court fees*.
(Price correct at 1st November 2010. * Court fees are currently £385)

Included in this option is a one hour initial consultation where we will advise you as to the best way to obtain a divorce and gather all the information we need to begin your divorce proceedings. We will also include a further 30 minute meeting to discuss your divorce or to have a preliminary chat about other family related issues such as children or financial issues.
