What is included in our Personal Divorce with a solicitor service?

Initial one hour meeting with one of our experienced solicitors.
Drafting of your divorce petition.
Filing of all legal documents necessary for an uncontested divorce.
Handling of all aspects of your uncontested divorce from Petition to Decree Absolute to include
up to a maximum of one amendment to the Divorce Petition prior to issue and service upon
your spouse, and up to a maximum of one amendment to your Affidavit in support of your
petition.
Dealing with all correspondence relating to the divorce between you, the court, your spouse and their solicitors relating to the divorce.
Full support by telephone and/or email throughout the whole divorce process.
A further 30 minute meeting to discuss any aspect of your divorce or other family related issues, such as finances or children issues.
