• We will advise you if your divorce can be dealt with on an uncontested basis once you have completed and submitted our online questionnaire wizard.

• If there are elements of your divorce that require additional work and cannot be dealt with on an uncontested basis, we will advise you of such and give you an indication of additional costs before we commence work. If you choose not to proceed at this stage then you will be entitled to a full refund.

• You will not be entitled to a refund if you instruct us to proceed with your case and then you change your mind.

• Refunds will not be made in any other circumstances.

• If a questionnaire is submitted which is not fully completed or does not contain sufficient information for us to assess whether your divorce can be processed on an uncontested basis then we may contact you to request further information. Such amendments will be charged at £20+VAT to cover administrative changes.

• All documentation, guidance and advice relates to proceedings under the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales.

• March Solicitors only cover proceedings initiated within the courts of England and Wales.  

• March Solicitors respect your privacy. We will not pass on any information that you provide to us unless it is specifically required for the purposes of us acting on your behalf, (i.e. submitting court paperwork, instructing specialist advisors etc.).

• All information that you provide will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

• Users are advised that March Solicitors retain no information relating to credit card details transacted by WorldPay. This information is stored by WorldPay themselves.
